What matters when buying
Oven-safe or lunchbox-safe
Glass does not stain from tomato sauce and usually goes in the oven, but it is heavy and it breaks. Plastic is lighter and cheaper and the sensible choice for a school bag. Both appear here at a similar set price, so the decision is about where the box gets used rather than about budget.
Airtight, or just a lid

Piece counts include lids

The shape of the space, not the litres
