Ordered by estimated monthly revenue, the top ten is almost entirely electric mills between £16 and £52 that also grind spices, nuts and pepper — the single exception, a dedicated coffee grinder from Sage, costs £188.50.

A blade mill chops beans into uneven fragments; a burr grinder crushes them between two surfaces and produces a consistent particle size.
