We analysed the Amazon.co.uk subcategory Kitchen Rugs & Mats and kept only products with at least 200 reviews and 4.3 stars. Ranked by estimated monthly revenue, six of the ten are Color G mats in wipe-clean PU, and the whole category divides into exactly two ideas: a surface you wipe, or a rug you put through the machine.
The revenue leader is a pair — a 75 cm mat for in front of the sink and a 150 cm runner for the rest — and at £48.99 the dearest of the three two-piece sets in this ranking.

The PU leather-look mats take a cloth and a splash of cleaner; the fabric rugs go in the washing machine. Which suits you depends on what lands on the floor. Oil and water wipe off PU in seconds, but crumbs and pet hair are far easier to deal with on a rug you can simply wash.
Half of this ranking is sold as a pair: a 75 cm mat for the spot you stand at, plus a 150 cm runner for the walkway. The other half is a single length up to 220 cm. Measure the sink position and the walkway separately — a set covers two zones, a single mat covers one properly.
The four single Color G mats look far apart at £30.59 to £59.49, but they all work out around £43 to £46 per square metre. Once you know that, the only real question is how much floor you want covered — the price follows the area almost exactly.
Width is the measurement people get wrong. A 44 cm mat sits comfortably in a galley kitchen where two runs of units face each other; 60 cm covers the depth of a standard worktop overhang and feels like proper floor covering. Check the gap between your units before the length.
The Color G mats are sold as anti-fatigue, which means a cushioned core and noticeable height. That is what makes them comfortable to stand on, but it also means a door swinging over the mat can catch. Check the clearance under any inward-opening door before choosing a thick mat.
The same two-piece Color G set appears three times in this top ten: £48.99 in blue, £41.64 in black and £41.64 in brown. Identical sizes, identical build, separate ASINs. Decide on the size first, then take whichever finish happens to be cheap that week.
A set gives you a short mat for the place you actually stand — sink or hob — and a runner for the walkway, which is why the sets dominate the top of this ranking. A single 200 or 220 cm mat makes more sense in a narrow galley where one continuous strip covers the whole working run without a join to trip over.
Color G lists 48 variants of essentially the same waterproof PU mat, and Amazon gives each size and colour its own ASIN while they share a review pool of roughly 4,325. Six of them earn enough on their own to enter a revenue ranking. It says more about how the range is listed than about how many different products are on sale.
Only the fabric ones. The DEXI and BEQHAUSE sets are sold as washable and carry rubber or TPR backing, which is the part that limits the wash temperature. The PU mats are wipe-clean by design — putting one through a machine is not what it is built for.
The products are ordered by estimated monthly revenue per ASIN, not by star rating and not by bestseller rank. Only products with at least 200 reviews and an average of 4.3 stars were included. Because one brand lists so many sizes separately, the ranking shows the same mat at several lengths rather than ten competing designs.
