What matters when buying
One fruit or several
Every tool in this top ten is built around a single fruit, and none of them cross over: a pineapple spiral will not touch an apple, a strawberry huller will not pit a cherry. Count how often that one fruit actually appears in your kitchen before you fill a drawer with single-job gadgets.
Corer, divider or slicer
